Cancellation Policy

• We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To do so, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows will result in a charge equal to $20. This charge is intended to compensate for the time and resources allocated for your scheduled service.

• Emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us as soon as possible in case of emergencies.

• In the event of inclement weather, if scheduling adjustments are needed, we will proactively communicate any changes as early as possible. We kindly request that you notify us if you anticipate challenges attending your scheduled appointments due to weather conditions.

No Refund Policy

​

• We do not offer refunds for services rendered, deposits paid, or products purchased. However, if you are dissatisfied with your eyelash extensions, please let us know within 48 hours of your appointment, and we will make every effort to address and rectify the issue.

Early/Late Policy

​

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in a shortened appointment to avoid inconveniencing the next scheduled client.

• If you are excessively late (15 minutes or more), your appointment may be canceled, and the cancellation fee may apply.

Allergic Reaction

​

• While allergic reactions are rare, they can occur. If you suspect an allergic reaction to our products, please contact us immediately, a removal will be offered free of charge.

• We recommend scheduling a patch test before your full appointment if you have a history of allergies or sensitivities to cosmetics or adhesives.

Fill Appointments

​

• To maintain the best appearance of your eyelash extensions, we recommend regular fill appointments. The recommended fill interval is typically 2-3 weeks.

• Fills beyond 4 weeks, you will be required to schedule a new set of eyelash extensions, and the full service charge will apply.

Eye Makeup

​

• Please arrive at your appointment with clean, makeup-free eyelashes. The removal of eye makeup may consume your appointment time and affect the quality of your extensions.

• We cannot stress enough the importance of arriving without mascara and other eye makeup. These products contain oils and ingredients that can interfere with the adhesive bond, resulting in poor retention and shorter-lasting extensions.

• If you arrive with eye makeup or mascara, we may need to spend additional time cleaning your lashes before applying extensions, which can impact the overall results and appointment duration.

Photo and Video Release

​

• We may request to take photographs or videos of your eyelash extension service for promotional or educational purposes.

• If you do not wish to be photographed or videotaped, please inform us before your appointment.

• We respect your privacy and will not disclose your personal information or full name when using these materials for our promotional content.

• However, once you provide consent for photographs or videos to be taken, we cannot be held liable for the use or distribution of these materials beyond our control.
